Delivery Date
If you need regular sample for evaluation, it needs about 6 days for production. Customized sample needs time evaluation. When you place mass product order, it needs 20~35 days. After production done, we can help you to arrange shipment and deal with export custom clearance smoothly.
Test Equipments
We have 11 testing machines to ensure both chairs and desks reach the international standards. Including castors test machine, chair back chair frame test machine, stress test machine, chair hardware test machine and gas lift machine. Moreover, we can provide SGS or TUV certification to enhance progress.
Warranty
As your trusted office furniture supplier, our products are guaranteed. Most products have 3 years warranty, some special products have 5 years warranty. If you place complete container order, we will provide some spare parts for you, in case of unexpected situation. Don't worry anything when you chose Melody.

Melody has independent QC Department as same as third party inspection service. No matter what products or components we purchased, our inspection team will check all things carefully with strong sense of duty. When products are ready, we take photos and keep the paper records.
