Terms of guarantee:
All Melody office furniture have a 5-year warranty guarantee, starting from the date of delivery. The guarantee applies to all defects occurred due to the fault of the manufacturer and usage of improper materials.The guarantee is not applicable to damages caused by rough transshipment, improper installation and other human cause damage.
How to act if there is quality problem:
If it’s the quality problem belong to Melody responsibility, we promise that we will reply to customer within 2 working days and will provide replacements for free within one month.
If the problems are caused by the customer or some other reasons beyond our guarantee, we promise to support maintenance service. However, we have to charge customer the cost of raw material and components, the extra fittings and some other extra charges.
